Please help

I have been 'putting up' with this problem for weeks, but I've had enough now 😞 

My TV runs for a while then keeps cutting off & then comes back on for a few seconds, then again goes off..and back on!!!  and message comes up saying no service.. I have done a test on my VM and it says my box is not connected... (V6)  I am set up on WiFi through TV and on testing all other wires, the connections are ok,  so no loose wires.. anyone had this problem before?  and if so...how do I fix this? Thanks

Hi 13eze, thanks for posting and welcome to the community 

 

I am sorry for the TV issues. I have checked our systems and no issues are showing. 

 

From running a fault diagnostic, what, if any colour, is the light on the front of the V6 please?

light is white 

although sometimes it looks a bit like orange
