Why has my pin stopped working same pin I’ve always used any ideas please x

Hi @cdee22332 

The default pin number is 1234 unless someone has changed it.

There's a slight possibility that you may need new batteries in the remote, or one of the remote keys isn't working correctly.

Have you tried restarting the TIVO?
