On demand service not working

Hello,

My virgin media box has been coming up with a flashing white arrows and the on demand service has stopped working. It claims to be a problem with the ethernet cable. I have tried adjusting this many times and replaced it with one that I know works. With no change to the situation.

Any suggestions?

remove the Ethernet cable and go into settings- network settings- and connect to the wifi instead and see if that works
