I am unable to watch the film "The Old Man and the Gun (2018). Each time (for several days) I get the message "this programme is currently unavailable"
The preview works. The preview for other films work. I tried switching off the box and back on
The message suggests going to "service status" on the web, but that says everything is OK
Any idea what the problem could be and how to resolve?

Yes, via the "on demand service". The message comes up when I try to buy (watch) the film. We watched a different film with no problem (aquaman)

If you do a reboot on your box, does this help improve things for you?
Thanks for the reply. As I mentioned in my original post, switching off the box, waiting and re-starting did not help.
I will try again later this week.
I'm assuming that this film should be available i.e. the problem is not due to it being listed, but not available.
I've tested it in the office and I'm not able to replicate the error you're getting, seems to be working fine from here.
