We’ve just had our services installed today and we have 3 tv boxes in total, but one of them makes a constant annoying whining sound. The other 2 boxes are dead silent.
I’ve restarted the box but its still the same.
I’ve tried calling the support line but it says the office is closed due to Covid.
Any help is much appreciated or even advice on how I go about requested a replacement!
