i have recently had a new box fitted upstairs, however i am missing all of the sport channels and the rest from my max bundle? A restart hasn’t solved it and can’t seem to get to speak to anyone on the phone! Does anyone have any ideas?
It might be that the new box needs activating, in which case you would need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.
