Leaving Virgin

How do I get to speak to one of team who can cancel my contract, it is due to run out on 22nd March.  I have today (1st March) received an email advising me of the end of contract asking for 30 days notice!!  I have tried 3 times today, waiting at least 15 minutes each time, without an answer.  I can't write to virgin or email (apparently) I have to speak to an adviser, it feels deliberately difficult.  Can anyone advise?

You can write to them, you cannot email them.

Retentions aren't working today so best advice is try tomorrow morning.

It is price related.  Also I've not been offered any incentive to stay, which has been the reason I have stayed in the past.

Hi John, 

Sorry to hijack this thread. I am seriously considering as was the original posted of leaving Virgin. I have the landline TV  and Cable package, which I have reduced to the bare minimum now. I would like to keep the cable internet and lose the rest. It's a question of economics really. I am just researching the easiest and stress free(In view of other horror stories I read on these forums) way to cancel everything. I will then subsequently seek just a cable broadband deal.
