How do I get to speak to one of team who can cancel my contract, it is due to run out on 22nd March. I have today (1st March) received an email advising me of the end of contract asking for 30 days notice!! I have tried 3 times today, waiting at least 15 minutes each time, without an answer. I can't write to virgin or email (apparently) I have to speak to an adviser, it feels deliberately difficult. Can anyone advise?
Sorry to hijack this thread. I am seriously considering as was the original posted of leaving Virgin. I have the landline TV and Cable package, which I have reduced to the bare minimum now. I would like to keep the cable internet and lose the rest. It's a question of economics really. I am just researching the easiest and stress free(In view of other horror stories I read on these forums) way to cancel everything. I will then subsequently seek just a cable broadband deal.
