One of my Tivo boxes has started to reboot itself at random times. Have tried the messaging service to log a fault but not getting any response there, so trying here as the phone lines are constantly busy with no indication of where you are in the queue.
Had a similar problem with another box earlier this year and I recall both were installed at around the same time many years ago so may be an "age" thing.- The engineer looked at that one and simply swapped it for a new box (V6)
