Error code M63 - moved house

We have just moved house and set up our V6 box and internet.

We have a M63 error code on the TV and cannot use catch up, Netflix etc.

Is there an easy fix?  Have tried to call Virgin but cannot get through

As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/m63 this error can't be resolved online and you will need to call in.

Hi did you take the equipment from your old address to the new one, as this will be the problem as its not registered there, hense the account fault code as japitts has pointed out. Regards Micky
