Installed our new TiVo box on Saturday and have had code 7400 since. Unable to get through to anyone for assistance and can’t seem to text chat. Is there a way to resolve this?

Error 7400 means your box needs activating.
If you call 0800 9539500 with your box & account details, the automated service should take you through the activation process. It can't be resolved by posting on here, sorry.
