1. I have a Tivo box in one room and can see the other V6 box that is in another room. I can watch programmes from the V6 on the Tivo box. - No problem
2. On the V6 there is no longer an option to connect to "other Tivo box". Hence I cannot see the Tivo box programmes - problem
3. Both boxes are connected to the network and pass the network status check - no problem
4. I have restarted the V6 box 3 times already
Any idea how to restore the ability to view other tivo boxes?

I can see from checking the system that you did speak to the team after posting here. That a work order was created with the faults management team and then that was cancelled.
