A Pixellation on a New LG television

I bought a new LG Television before Xmas and every evening I have Pixellation 2or 3 times an hour! Never had this problem before on the old TV. I’ve run Virgin several times but they cannot see a fault but I think it maybe the cables. Any advice please

Hi this normally indicates a signal level issue phone and go down the Tv faults route they can check the levels while you are on the line and if necessary arrange for an engineer to come to you and adjust the signal levels.Regards Micky

I'm sorry that you're experiencing some pixelation issue with your TV. I can appreciate you're keen to understand what is happening. 

 

I've had a look at your services, and I'm not able to see anything that would explain the issues that you're having.

 

Does the pixellation happen on certain channels?

 

Does it happen on both live TV and catch up services/recorded programmes?

 

Have you made sure all wires are connected and securely tightened?
