overvoltage DDR3L RAM

I have just plonked another 8GB stick of RAM in the PC now it really flies.  As I have a budget gaming rig (I'm using integrated graphics which suits my needs at the moment) what would happen to the RAM if I ran it at 1.5V instead of the default 1.35V?  I realise that it would make the RAM a bit warmer and may affect it's longevity, but what exactly does it do?

I'm just leaving it for now, but any help or suggestions are much appreciated.

Re: overvoltage DDR3L RAM

Not a lot.

Voltage is usually the last thing to mess with, to fine tune and get stability after overclocking  changes to  BLCK and mutiplier values
