Virgin Help won’t accept postal code

on ‎18-03-2022 02:53

When I go to “contact us” and try to fill in the information it says my postal code is invalid! I know my postal code. What is the problem?

I tried entering with and without spaces.

Is it a UK postcode?

If so and if you live in a new property and your address or postcode is not recognised, Royal Mail may not have activated your postcode.

To activate your postcode, you need to contact Royal Mail directly on 08456 011110 or via their website.

https://www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/update-your-address 

Once an address has been given to Royal Mail, it generally takes 2 -3 working days to be registered
