Snapped outside cable

We have been digging our drive out today and have snapped the cable so currently have no service from virgin at all 

can anyone come and fix this problem as I’m just being put through to a messaging service

A temp fix till VM repair it would be to join the cables back together and wrap in insulation tape. My mates cable worked fine like that for weeks before VM rejoined them.
