Replacement box

Had a new box fitted recently as old one wasn’t working. Didn’t mind losing recordings on box but it’s knocked all the apps off my tv and can’t get them back can I call the engineer back to try and fix it haven’t got anyone to help me . I work 6 days a week watch Netflix now and again and have lost this plus Amazon not happy in the least .

Do you have a TiVo, V6 or 360 box?

Changing the box shouldn't have affected the apps on a Smart TV, but what checks can be done about the apps on the Virgin TV box depends on which one you have.

Do you mean apps on the new TV box? If you are using WiFi to connect to your Virgin hub you will need to enter your WiFi pasword into the new box.

Your TV itself is totally independent of your Virgin TV box. Unless your Virgin hub was changed (again the new WiFi password would need to be entered) these should not be affected.
