I have had 2 missed calla from Virgin Media, but there has been no voicemails so I have no idea what it is about. Obv. there is also no email address to send this to, and no live chat (or at least at this moment).

Has anyone else been getting phone calls at all?

What makes you sure these missed calls were from Virgin Media?

If you call C/S on 150 and speak to an agent, there should be notes on your account if necessary.
