Losing Netflix connection

Help needed constantly keep losing connection while watching Netflix keeps happening after a while watching picture freezes then goes blank resulting in need to reconnect after a couple of minutes really beginning to p me off

Sorry to hear of the issues you're having here. can I just confirm the following; 

 

Is this on a Virgin Media device (If so, which device)? 

Is this over a wired or wireless connection?

Its on a Smart tv tried connecting by wire and still get the same problem too 

Cuts out ghe same after a while watching

When you advise that it cuts out, can you elaborate on that please? Does it buffer or go off altogether? 

 

Does this effect Netflix on any other device?

Picture "freezes" fkr ten seconds or so before total loss of picture and connection when I try to reconnect it fails fkr a few minutes after until eventually after a minute or sl it reconnects and 'normal' service is resumed until the next time

Whenever I run a speedtest its generally 30 to 35 if that I pay for 100 and this is beginning to p me off just had some sales person saying as a loyal customer of 14 years plus trying to SELL me more if this isn't sorted it will be bye bye Virgin Blue SKYS a coming

I can appreciate the frustration with this.

 

Are you able to run a speedtest when you next get these issues with Netflix so we can see if it's the speeds that are causing it?

Still happening Please I need an engineer to sort this drop out of signal whilst watching Netflix Virgin sent one out last time and they sorted it getting sick of it and Virgin looking at new providers if this doesnt get sorted quick
