After spending 3h on the phone last week I managed to schedule an engineer appointment for tomorrow, so the wall box inside the house can be moved. My speeds are atrocious too.

I’m so frustrated. This is work I need doing in advance of other work. Due to T&C’s I can’t get anyone else to do it, I really wish I could. The lockdown was in place last week and now it’s the reason for a last minute cancellation? I feel sick at the thought of having to ring customer services again, it was such a bad experience last week...
Any tips? Either on how I get a rescheduled appointment or how I can cancel quickly and get a different supplier?
