Device limit

Every time I try and watch live sky sports it says device limit reached but when I check my devices there’s 5 attached to my account which I’m allowed and then I try to delete 1 of them but it says we’re unable to help with that at this moment ! What do I do ?

You need to check in the specific section for sky devices.  This is different to the main TV Go devices.
