This is the second time this has happened and its around the same time yesterday and today at around 9 pm the signal icon on the router was flashing green then turned of and all the phones connected to the internet say access denied however all the devices connected via ethernet are fine. When this happened yesterday I reset the router by putting a this stick in the reset hole for 5 seconds but it didn't work so I didn't do anything from that point on but when I woke up in the morning the internet was back to normal on the phones but now it happened again around the same time.

If all the ethernet connections are fine and its just a wifi issue - probably something around you switching on at 9pm causing interference.

FYI a reset needs doing this way

To do a Hub “pinhole reset” - make sure the 2 passwords on the Hub sticker are still there and legible first ! Disconnect any ethernet cables from the Hub (leave the coax connected), and then with the Hub still "switched on" throughout, press pin in firmly with paper clip/SIM tray tool or similar "thin thing" and hold it firmly for at least 60 seconds, release the pin, leave for 5’ to stabilise - dont manually switch it off at any time. See if that sorts it.
