150 calls from landline

I have phoned 150 from my landline numerous times from July2022 to date.

Does anyone know if these calls and the amount of time spent on the phone get logged as I am unable to see them on my bill.

Would like to provide a timeline of my 150 calls to offcom.

Thank you

Calls to 150 from a VM landline are free and do not show on your bill, as with any call included in an inclusive call package.

VM may keep records of all calls but access to such records would likely require some sort of data access request if you have a legitimate reason for needing them.

Can anyone see a clear statement that 150 from a VM landline is free?

Searching leads me to https://www.virginmedia.com/help/landline/landline-call-costs, which leads to https://www.virginmedia.com/callcosts which redirects to https://www.virginmedia.com/content/dam/virginmedia/dotcom/images/mobile-browse/downloads/011122_Eve... but I can't see the 150 service there.

TIA….

All the big telecoms providers such as VM, O2, BT, TalkTalk and Sky have free service calls either from their equipment (like 150, 789 or 202) or from an 0800 number.

You're not wrong! The 150 number, and a statement that it is free from a VM phone, is not exactly that easy to find.

Mentioned at the end of the complaints policy section 2

https://www.virginmedia.com/legal/consumer-complaint-resolution-code-practice

and at the end of the accessibility policy section 6

https://www.virginmedia.com/corporate/media-centre/public-policy-statements/accessibility-and-vulner...

It is almost as if VM don't want customers to call them (for free!)

You can call our Customer Service team on 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111* from any other phone.

*Call costs may vary.
