hi i have been trying to get into my tv go app, without success, when i enter my ntlworld.com email address ( the same email associated with my account ) it says please enter a valid email address, so i tried my Gmail address and got the same response, it used to work without issue last year but has probably been updated and "fixed" when it wasn't actually necessary, any help will be gratefully received, as i don't see paying this amount when part of the service is broken
