tv control app not working

I'm trying to use the app on android tablet, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no joy. I enter my login details and it always results in a sign in error, even though I am signing in with my correct login details. can anyone help

Thanks for your recent post and sorry to hear you've been unable to log in to your Control App.

 

Are you still having issues with this? If so, are you able to confirm what exactly the error message says when this does not allow you to log in?
