installing TV GO on my laptop

I have changed my laptop and am unable to install the app on my new one. When I follow the link on the website it takes me to the app store which says I can only install it on an apple device. Google play will not let me install it either. The help pages on the website are useless. Any advice?

Sincere apologies for the issues faced with gaining access on your TVGo however we're glad you've been able to sort this.
