I am using the same laptop i always watch Virgin TV Go on, however its saying number of devices reached, This happened halfway through January, and a message appeared that i had to wait until the 1st of Feb, now i get the same message and its stating cant be changed until 1st March.

Looking at the posts on here a number of people are experiencing the same issue.

 

Please sort
