i am the main account holder for our family virginmedia subscription. i do not use tvgo app but my wife wants to, using her phone. I believe it is possible to grant her access to my virgin media so she can manage account also.
1. how do i do that?
2. would that give her access to tvgo?
it seems a bit stupid if only the bill payer can access tvgo.

Approved third party access to deal with billing won't change how access to TV Go works.
You have to use your primary My Virgin Media details to sign into the app as the account holder
However the sign in is then saved so you can do that on your wife's device and the she can use it day-to-day without having to ask you to get you to re-enter details all the time.
The only thing she will need to know for full access is the TV Go PIN, and there may be times when you'll have to re-enter the details if the sign in expires.
