Virgin on go is not working on my Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite. I have deleted the app and then reinstalled it servreal hours later. Any suggestions.

Can you please confirm if you're able to use the TV Go account on any other devices?
What error message is showing on the device you're experiencing the fault with?
No it doesn't work on an ipad or Samsung tablet.
