Virgin go keeps saying maximum devices reached,however,it is the same devices I always use but it seems to double up on one and kick another off.
Any help is appreciated

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your registered devices.
When you visit your TV Go account and go to Manage My Devices, do you have changes remaining?
No I have used all 5 slots having to re-register devices already registered.
I would be happy to reset the devices from our side so that you are able to register again, if that would be okay?
