Virgin TV Go

The app on our computer always comes up with the five devices reached and won't connect to any TV programmes. We have to change one of them next month. We only use the app on the computer so how is it possible to have reached five devices. There is nowhere to change this or delete then previous ones and so a long wait again just to watch TV on the computer. Then after a few days the same thing again. This is deeply frustrating and a shabby way of denying us our exensive TV account.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into with your Virgin TV GO app, welcome to the community!

We are aware of this problem and we do have a work around for you, I have reset your devices on your App so you should be able to use it now 🙂

If it happens again please come back and we can reset it once again for you.

The way the TVGo works via the webpage and on PC's is a bit different which is why you may have used up all your slots when using the same device. Thankfully we have a dedicated thread that explains how this works and how to avoid it moving forward
