Virgin TV Go

I am trying to connect to Virgin TV Go on my laptop however it says too many devices. It was ok on my lap top yesterday and nothing has been added

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your TV GO looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you. 

Have you tried reinstalling the app on your laptop or deleting the cache in your browser?
