Can’t sign in same problem every time on any device or any browser - many others having this issue too by looks of forum 

 

‘Oops - the service isn’t available at the moment’ 

‘Sign I’m currently not possible’

No still doesn’t work

Yeah I can sign in fine, it’s just the virgin tv sign in which doesn’t work. I don’t know what else to try and I need to use it

 this is the message everytime, have tried for the last few weeks on loads of different devices and browsers but always the same

Can you confirm if you have ever been able to sign in and use the TVGO successfully?

Can you also confirm you get the same error on both the website and the app?

Hi, the virgin tv go App worked previously however i cannot seem to sign in now.

the website has never worked for my log in which is frustrating. 

I confirm the same issue for both the website and the app
