Hi - I cannot sign into my TV-GO app all of a sudden - has been working fine but tonight it didn't recognise my login details (saved in phone) that has always previously let me in.
I reset the password to try and get in but now I keep getting a sign in failure
I'm getting a message saying: Sign-in /Sign-in failed/ cancel - Try again
this is very frustrating as I notice issues relating to this were posted at the beginning of this year but still not appear to be sorted, however after this amount of time I would hope a quick solution is in place.
Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - I was sorry to understand that you had some issues last week with your TVGo log in.
How have things been looking since your last post? Since changing your password, have you managed to successfully log into either your MyVirginMedia account and/or the TVGo app? Do you have any other devices registers and have you been able to try them at all?
Have you attempted to log in online instead? Virgin TVGo
