Upgrade for VirginTVgo

Tonight, I’m getting a message that I need to upgrade to access Virgin TV Go. Never had this before and not change my package. 

I've tried:

using another registered device 

logging out 

deleting and reinstalling the app

Same for me. This has happened before. It's virgin's issue not our accounts.
