Unable to watch saved programs on TVGO.

Virgin TVGO app works on my widows 11 laptop, apart from saved programs. only option it gives is to watch on TV. Connected by ethernet via repeaters. Have reinstalled the app. However two apps in list, have tried uninstalling but one version remains with no option to uninstall. Works ok on my android tablet.

You can’t watch recordings on your laptop. That function is only available for smartphones and tablets.
