Unable to change Registered Devices

Over the months and a few years and MacBook Airs, I have Chrome, Safari and Firefox installed and settings moved from computer to computer. Same on my Samsung Android phone.

I downloaded a film on Wednesday from Sky Cinema via the Virgin Go app on my phone. I watched 2/3 of it using Samsung Dex. Last night when I tried to watch the final 1/3, I got a message on Samsung Dex that there were too many devices registered. On investigation on my Mac I found that Chrome was registered twice, Safari once and Firefox once and my phone once with no option to change device via the Web. My phone does have an option to 'Replace' against each of the devices listed but I get a message "Sorry - we can't register your device at the moment...Please try again in a few minutes."

12 hours later and I'm getting the same message. Can someone at Virgin help me clear all the redundant data as I assume it's their database that won't allow updates?
