Since the app changed I can’t log in and we have the maxit package but the app keeps telling me I need to upgrade. Reported to virgin who were supposed to call me back I’m still waiting a week later. Anyone have a solution or similar issue please?

Can you confirm that when you log into your My VM account, your TV package is showing as normal there? Can you also please tell me what trouble shooting steps you've already been through e.g re installing the app.
yes when I log into my virgin média my package is there but I can’t see any offers or upgrades I get an error message. I’ve tried re installing the app several times. I phoned virgin and went through it changed my password and still couldn’t be resolved. It was supposed to be referred to the tech team to call me back but they haven’t.
