Trying to log in for first time

Obviously being thick I think so any help welcomed. Not used Virgin TV Go before and I cannot login. I have changed passwords on the only two emails that we use and it is saying we have a Secondary Account which I do not understand as we only have this monthly direct debit and it is not linked to any relative account. Help appreciated

Hi hannahandjim, thanks for your post.

 

Sorry to hear you've had some problems signing in to TV Go. There may be another username that is the primary, we'll need to take a look at your account if that's OK. 

 

I'll be happy to try & help clear things up for you. Look out for my PM (the purple envelope) and please get back to me with the requested info when you can & we'll take it from there.
