TVGO

I have been locked out of my TVGO,as I have exceeded my gadgets. I only use two gadgets.Every time my laptop updates,it signs me out on the device.After another update today,I can't access it on my laptop until the first of Feb. Three times my laptop is registered,and now I can't use it.

Sorry it took a while to get account access 

Good news though 

Devices have been reset 

We are aware of the issue with browsers and would advise to just use the App

Thank you Gareth. The issue does indeed seem to be with the browser. I registered my laptop (browser) I then opened it with the app,I still have the same device registered twice,but I shall use it through the app from now on,on this device. Again many thanks.

Thanks for the update shig

Easiest way to explain this is 

Browsers update regularly and once that update has gone through. Logging in to Tv go will think its a new device

I've just cleared my history to see if the problem remains on the app. It has asked me to register device again.Even though it is registered twice?
