I have been locked out of my TVGO,as I have exceeded my gadgets. I only use two gadgets.Every time my laptop updates,it signs me out on the device.After another update today,I can't access it on my laptop until the first of Feb. Three times my laptop is registered,and now I can't use it.
Thank you Gareth. The issue does indeed seem to be with the browser. I registered my laptop (browser) I then opened it with the app,I still have the same device registered twice,but I shall use it through the app from now on,on this device. Again many thanks.
