I have recently upgraded to Virgin 360. However, since the upgrade the Virgin TVGO app won't work on my Android tablet. The app loads but when I try to sign in the app stops working.
My tablet is a Huawei and I am wondering if this has something to do with it?

We aren't aware of any issues in regards to TV Go and customers on Virgin 360. Are you able to sign in on any other devices or do you experience the same issue?
Hi Rob, the issue is only with my Huawei tablet. Very strange indeed.
have you downloaded the latest version I think it was last week that mine upgraded and this thread is 2 weeks old, I know it cured a couple of problems I was having.

I had upgraded the software and it didn't work.
However I am pleased to report that last night I tried again and it seemed to work.
But the My Virgin Media app isn't working now 😂

There isn't an error message the My Virgin Media app just stops working.
Sorry that you're now having issues with the 'My Virgin Media' app.
Are you using the latest version of the app? We updated to a new app that shows media and mobile accounts in the same place in the last few months, which replaced the older app that we had.
When was the last time that you were able to use the app?
