Nice to see Virgin still treating customers appallingly, had this issue now logged for 2 months and still not resolved
even tried changing login name to see if that would correct it and simply can’t get can’t do it that as says can’t change username at this time. Absolutely shocking service
V360 absolute crap service at least apps worked with V6 boxes

Please refrain from changing the username as this will hinder the fix not help it.
I've re-raised it with a different team as there's something else I want to try.
