TV Go duplicate devices

One of my devices (a laptop) has registered itself four times and now I am having to wait 5 days to register a new device. Can you please delete the duplicate devices now? How can I prevent this happening again? Is it a Windows 10 or browser issue? Please help me !!

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your devices when using TV Go.

Have you now been able to reset the registered devices since your original post?
