TV GO

Hi, my TV go has stopped working for some reason?

Fully working last week, using the same Ipad, tried uninstalling and installing with the joy?

All i get when signing in is the same message (Oops. That hasn't worked, please sign in with your main user account. Sub - accounts cant sign in to this service)   

Ipad Pro, software version 13.5.1

Can any one help please.............

Can we please confirm if you're using the same log in information you use to log into My Virgin Media to view your bills? Does this work for you through the My Virgin Media app?

Yes using the same email and passwords for my Media log in and no it doesn't work on either?

So, if you cannot log into My Virgin Media with the email address concerned that suggests a wider issue than the TV Go fault.

Can you confirm you have a current VM broadband account?
