Been trying all day to download some films for viewing offline on upcoming flights. Keep getting the message "Downloading is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a while."
Tried on mobile & tablet = same message.
Cleared storage data & even uninstalled & reinstalled App with same results.
Anyone aware of ongoing issue or any suggestions (streaming is fine, just no downloading)?

Have you ever been able to download any content before?
What device are you trying on and have you tried an alternative device

Hi,
first time I've tried.
Tried on both my registered devices, Samsung Z3 Flip and, where I want them to go, Samsung Galaxy S3 Tab.
Can stream fine on both, just the downloading issue.
I have bought items via VM Store, which are in Store App for viewing (& work fine) but can not download anything via TVGO to add to that for off line viewing.
Still says 'Downloading is Temporarily Unavailable' today as well (on both devices)
