Hi I'm trying to watch skysports live on my oppo phone but I'm getting message. Device limit reached contact service provider. I have been able to watch skysports on different phones I've signed in on after the oppoo phone.

You can manage the Sky Sports devices using http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices 

Is your Oppo phone listed on this page? Or is it listed under a previous incarnation (perhaps a SW update), in which case can you delete the old name and create a space for it to register instead.
