I was about to post on a similar theme. My understanding is that fairly recently SKY changed the rules so only one device at a time could watch SKY Sports on the Virgin app. My question was why can't I find any information about this on Virgin help and blurb pages? Lots of info on how many devices you can register and change but nothing on this KEY change that renders the service FAR less useful.
If I may now add to that - I am now getting the exact same message as Nitz. No-one else is watching and I only have two registered devices anyway. Can something be done about this as there is a big cricket match this afternoon.
Actually another user in my family had accidentally left it on thus making me a second user. Please fix the error over 'two' users as the truth is just one of course.
I am concerned that Virgin didn't announce the change from two users to one. It may have been Sky's decision but we are Virgin customers and we are finding this problem out ad hoc as we try to watch sporting events.
