Sky sports cannot delete devices

Hi

i am trying to remove devices so I can watch sky sports. 

I have gone to setting device management but it’s only giving me the option to swap not delete. I want to delete some of the devices, why is nothing simple ?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues deleting a device. 

To do this, you will need to login to your TV Go account, go to Manage Devices and then Manage Devices for use with Sky Sports.

You should be able to manage your Sky Devices by logging into 

http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices 

Make sure it's http and not https.

It's best to do this on either Edge or Firefox browsers as there is often an issue if using Chrome.

Any problems either try an incognito window or clear your browsing history
