Hi, my virgin tv go works fine but not for sky sports app as says device limit reached.
I believe I need this resetting, how do I go about getting this done?
You can change your registered devices for Sky Sports using http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices

Just in case the above link doesn't work for you, I have a few problems accessing that link using Chrome, however it works using Edge and Firefox browsers.
