Yes, I have just been looking at the reviews of the sky sports app and numerous people are having similar problems in the last month. Hope they fix it soon. Thanks for your replies.

Still happening. Looking forward to my contract being up. Ridiculous. I first reported this over a month ago. I was told someone would phone me back within a week. No call.

No time for them to call you back, VM staff are too busy responding to the positive comments to get back in touch with the complainers!

Take some responsibity VM and fix this 'free' service
